Oracle of Consciousness

#75 - Fragment
of the Whole

You, me and everyone is a fragment of First Source.

We are not separate from anyone or anything, unless we THINK we are!

Using a cake as the analogy of a fragment of the whole

This is our cake, lovingly created, anxiously awaited by hungry kids, fresh out of the oven, whole and complete.

Can you remember the rich aroma of freshly baked cakes?

Is your mouth watering yet?

We take our cake knife and carefully cut a slice of the cake.

We slide this portion out and place it upon a nearby plate, making sure the drooling kids or family dog cant get to it!

That will come later, well for the kids at least.

What is the difference between the temperature to cook the cake and the slice - none.
What is the difference in the ingredients of both the cake and the slice - none.
What is the only difference?
The size of each and their location (pretend no-one took a bite out of it!)

Now what if we were to slide the complete slice back into the cake from whence it came.

It would become whole again, with some faint knife cut marks, but certainly a complete cake with nothing missing.

Okay you can have a slice now!

Much of humanity thinks that they are separate from their core, from others, the environment, different species and the Earth itself.

This is an illusion, for nothing is separate as spoken by wise sages and quantum physicists.

All things are connected, not just some, but ALL things.

That includes you and I and every human being with whom we share this planet.

Nothing is separate!

The idea that we are separate comes directly from the ego-mind, which proffers and delivers:

A false sense of self.

In other words it is a lie.

That then gives us a choice; do we believe and follow the ego-mind or do we follow our heart, which will lead us to consciousness, wholeness, unity and our interconnectedness?

I ask you to suspend any beliefs you may have if only momentarily and contemplate this:

What if First Source fragmented itself into countless pieces and embedded a fragment of itself into every human body?

We would have this fragment within us, in our DNA.

And it is possible to contact it, sense and feel it via our hearts.

This is the inner journey towards wholeness, completeness and interconnectedness that you never left.

This idea can be found in many of our sacred texts and if everything is connected, then it could stand to reason, that this idea holds some truth?

I will leave this for you to decide.
